An overwhelming volume of shipments have put significant strain on USPS distribution centers across the country. As a result, USPS services are facing ongoing delays, and missed origin scans are becoming increasingly common. In many cases, packages are not being scanned at all. Unfortunately, these disruptions are expected to continue through 2026.
Rest assured, we’re still processing and shipping orders as quickly as ever. We're also closely monitoring USPS delays to stay informed about any issues affecting your packages.
At this time, widespread delays are affecting USPS shipments nationwide. While our shipping process remains the same, many packages are taking longer than the usual. While the package has left our facility, scans are not immediately made at the USPS facilities and they seem to be sitting at USPS facilities longer, sometimes remaining "in transit" between facilities for a longer period of time than usual.

That said, the only tracking information available to us is the same one you see. We completely understand how frustrating this situation is and truly appreciate your patience as USPS works through these challenges.
Once we hand off a package to USPS, we have no control over its movement or delivery timeline—just like any other business. We wish we had a way to speed things up, but unfortunately, there’s no secret hotline to get additional tracking details beyond what’s available online. Believe us, we’ve tried!
USPS processes around half of the world’s mail and handles more packages in just 16 days than UPS and FedEx do in an entire year. Because of this, small businesses across the country are all feeling the impact of these shipping delays.

The wrapping papers come rolled up in a recyclable cardboard box that protects the product during shipment.
Please double check the size you select is appropriate for your gifts.
Our sizes cater to different gift dimensions:
• 30" x 36” (76.20cm x 91.44cm), this is 7.5 square feet: Great for a couple of small gifts.
• 30" x 72" (76.20cm x 182.88cm), this is 15 square feet: Suitable for several medium items or a couple of larger ones, such as shoe boxes or small appliances.
• 30" x 180” (76.20cm x 457.20cm), this is 37.5 square feet: Ideal for multiple large gifts, including bulky items like electronic devices or large toys.
These size options offer versatility, allowing you to elegantly wrap gifts of all shapes and sizes for a polished, professional look.

Lokipawz is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen, all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item, please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.
Unfortunately, no. We work with a print shop who ships your wrapping paper directly from their print facility. They do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
